Hotel was comfy and cozy, you will feel like its your home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Marelle in the reception was so friendly and helpful. Sangita in the house keeping the only one who made our room super tidy and clean. The breakfast staff were excellent. Laundry service were super.

The hotel is excellent—brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, as well as great storage space. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for long-term stays in Dubai.

Great hotel and very comfortable apartment. Perfect view, nice facilities and very pleasant staff. We spent a week at this hotel with our family, and overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds, a kitchen, and even a washing machine.

I have been in many hotels all around the world, but my stay in Intercontinental residence business bay was extremely superb. Perfect in all aspects, couldn’t thank them enough, one of the best hotel staff I have came across and their goal as always customer satisfaction is a must.

The location was perfect and near from everything also the studios and the suite was amazing with comfortable and beautiful furnitures. The one who keeps our stay more than wonderful is magdi (مجدي) he is very helpful and kindness i want to thankful him so much🙏🏻
